My name is Bo, and health has been my passion and obsession for years. I’ve spent countless hours diving deep into books, podcasts, PubMed articles, and self-experimentation—enough to practically earn an honorary degree in wellness.
My goal is to take the best insights from health, fitness, and biohacking and create practical strategies for men who want to elevate their lives.
By day, I work in real estate, but my most important role is as a husband and dad to three amazing kids. Now based in Alabama, I’m on a mission to help men reach their peak potential in health, strength, and vitality.

Peak Brotherhood was built as the community that I wish I had years ago. Ever talked with your neighbor or the guy at work, or other dads on the baseball team, and no one understands you, knows little to nothing about diet, training, nutrition, and self improvement? That was me.
But I reached out and joined communities of like minded men. The best thing you can do as a man and especially a father is to plug into communities to men who are doing great things. Always strive to be the dumbest person in the room. And you're the sum of the 5 people you surround yourself with. Have you ever really thought about that? Your income, happiness, goals, etc are in comparison to the people you most closely associate with.
It can be difficult to find guys like this, especially in smaller more rural areas. I could hang with some guys at church but the only fitness stuff they knew was Planet Fitness and Bang Energy drinks. Then there are some pretty cool guys at the gym but most are single guys and not fathers.
